Here's a DM map I made a while back for my Hexen II ubermod: Peanut...
Nice outdoorsy place with a road, a cave, a cottage, a pond and some wilderness to fight around.

Hey always nice to see new hexen2 maps. 
Good job!
But there is a lot of space for improvement:
Light:
looks way to contrasty, general rule is never to make areas that are completely black or fullbright. So a strategy is for example to make tiny little light spots somewhere in the outdoor area. Like torches near the path or something like that.
You need to put an info_player_start entity somewhere as spawnpoint for SP (just for testing)
I think it is the problem RaVeN has.
The water looks a bit too comic like.
In the house I would put chairs and tables as entities instead of actual brushwork.
And I would use varying textures for the ceiling and walls, looks more realistic.
